This position supports the American Residential Services (ARS) team, which provides essential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners. This role exists to provide professional in-home consultations to homeowners, helping them evaluate their current heating and cooling systems and recommending customized replacement solutions. The representative manages the entire sales process from assessment to closing, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and coordinating with installation teams to deliver home comfort solutions.

What you'll do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing
• Access HVAC equipment in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements
• Present financing options and system solutions
• Close sales in a one-call close environment
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff.
