What you'll do

• Operate compression molding presses and production equipment
• load and unload molds
• trim, deflash, and finish molded parts
• prepare parts for painting or finishing
• inspect product quality
• complete production paperwork
• report equipment, quality, or process concerns
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• use hand and power tools
• follow safety and quality procedures
• assist teammates with daily production goals.
