What you'll do

• Support front- and back-office operations
• handle scheduling, client intake paperwork, and phone and email communication
• process referrals and documents, including online fax
• maintain confidential records in SimplePractice or the practice EHR
• assist with file organization, data entry, compliance documentation, and accreditation and quality-review preparation
• follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
