Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Communicate with operations employees and resolve issues
• configure resource loading of field assets with officer input
• create and maintain documentation, application configuration, and user assistance materials
• oversee project activities, deadlines, and progress reporting
• manage projects in CRM software and collaborate on features and telematics
• work extensively with Microsoft Excel
• support reporting, workflow, user management, and ongoing updates to AMS software.
