What you'll do

• Manage installation operations and job-flow processes for Home Depot Exteriors and Interiors
• lead installation and warehouse teams
• oversee pre-installation inspections, in-process audits, post-install services, third-party installer sourcing and compliance
• drive revenue, margin, cycle time, backlog, and customer satisfaction performance
• hire, train, coach, and manage team performance
• ensure site and warehouse safety compliance.
