What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and participate in cleaning tasks
• supervise, train, schedule, and support field personnel
• recruit and coach staff
• visit at least three stores daily and inspect work
• maintain staffing, safety, supplies, records, and required paperwork
• communicate with store management and clients
• monitor operational performance and project completion.
