What you'll do

• Assist with daily facility operations and administrative duties
• learn regulatory compliance, nursing operations, staffing, HR, admissions, budgeting, resident services, census management, and employee relations
• participate in leadership meetings
• engage professionally with residents, families, staff, and facility leadership
• work with the Administrator and department leaders on operations, billing, and quality improvement
• assist with federal and state long-term care regulatory compliance.

Why this role

Previous healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred but not required. A bachelor's degree or other education meeting applicable Administrator in Training requirements is preferred.
