What you'll do

• Remove dough trays and carts and return product from trucks
• update inventory for received product and sort and store usable product
• clean trailer cargo areas and pre-cool them to company specifications
• sanitize and clean the warehouse
• use cleaning chemicals
• follow FIFO stock rotation
• use a forklift or walking pallet jack
• maintain required equipment certifications.
