Senior Corporate Paralegal

Job overview

The Senior Corporate Paralegal role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Atlanta, GA office. The base salary range is $114,000–$191,400 per year. The role supports PagerDuty’s public-company legal operations and reports to the VP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The role helps maintain corporate compliance and governance by coordinating SEC and Section 16 filings, board administration, subsidiary records, and related legal operations in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Stock Plan Services, and HR.

What you'll do

• Assist with SEC periodic reports and proxy statements
• draft, file, and track Section 16 reports
• support annual stockholder meetings and insider-trading compliance
• prepare board and committee materials and minutes
• maintain subsidiary records and minute books
• coordinate director and officer questionnaires
• handle operational legal tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
