Senior Manager of Real Estate

What you'll do

• Guide franchisees through site selection and lease negotiations
• evaluate markets, trade areas, demographics, and site opportunities
• negotiate letters of intent and commercial lease terms
• build a pipeline with brokers, landlords, and developers
• coordinate with development, construction, design, and operations
• monitor timelines and resolve development challenges
• support clinic openings.
