What you'll do

• Lead card programs and deposit operations
• ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and security mandates
• set and monitor department objectives
• coach and develop direct reports
• oversee card program performance and member service
• lead alternative delivery channels including ATM, digital banking, bill pay, and EFT services
• analyze data and recommend improvements
• manage projects within schedule and budget
• oversee personnel matters
• maintain staff awareness of products, policies, and regulatory changes
• travel within the membership area and occasionally outside it
• occasional Saturdays and evenings may be required.
