Inside Sales Support / Customer Service Representative

The Inside Sales Support / Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, and has an anticipated base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 annually. ANM provides IT solutions across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, and modern workplace technologies. The representative supports account managers and customers through opportunity creation, quoting, order processing, and post-order coordination. The role maintains accurate sales documentation, works with suppliers and internal teams, and helps customers and account teams move technology orders and proposals forward.

What you'll do

• Create Salesforce opportunities and quotes
• coordinate estimates with solution architects
• validate quotes against customer requirements
• complete procurement packages and documentation
• track lead times and shipments
• coordinate returns and customer accounting questions
• register deals and apply incentives and rebates
• maintain quote documentation and pricing
• update manufacturer price lists
• work with suppliers, customers, account managers, and solution architects
• review proposals and government contracts as needed.
