What you'll do

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers and community-based organizations across the Chicago metro area.
• Lead conversations with senior decision-makers and adapt SIRUM’s pitch to each partner.
• Guide implementation and staff training, hand off launched partnerships to the Partner Success Team, and document a replicable Chicago playbook.
• Map the local healthcare and social-service landscape and represent SIRUM at community events, health fairs, and professional convenings.
