What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns through the point-of-sale system
• promote reservations and loyalty programs
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, stocking, shipment checks, and loss prevention
• assist with sales, profit, and shrink goals
• reconcile daily transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• follow opening and closing procedures
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in management’s absence.
