What you'll do

• Complete clinical assessments and determine service needs and medical necessity
• develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
• provide individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention
• coordinate with clients, families, staff, and community stakeholders
• make referrals
• support agency staff with clinical consultation
• maintain treatment records and required documentation
• participate in quality assurance activities and clinical reviews.
