What you'll do

• Evaluates patients using data from records, interviews, and observations.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment programs.
• Provides direct therapy services.
• Coordinates care with rehabilitation, medical, and nursing teams.
• Documents evaluation results and progress notes.
• Communicates with patients, families, and physicians.
• Participates in program development and supervises clinical interns.
