Personal Care Aide

Job overview

The Personal Care Aide role is an onsite, part-time position in Lagrange, IN, with compensation of $16–$19 per hour. Hamilton Home Care provides in-home assistance and companionship according to each client’s service plan. The aide supports clients’ personal care, household needs, companionship, and community access. The work helps clients with daily activities and transportation while following their individual service plans.

What you'll do

• Assist with dressing, grooming, medication reminders, cooking, feeding, and transfers between sitting, standing, and lying down
• provide homemaking support such as laundry, dishes, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, bathroom cleaning, and pet feeding
• provide companionship and activities
• escort clients to shopping, appointments, and social activities.
