What you'll do

• Lead operational execution across estimating, engineering, procurement, fabrication, project management, and construction
• oversee project profitability, forecasting, schedules, staffing, quality, safety, and client outcomes
• manage estimate reviews, contract risk, change orders, budgets, and resource allocation
• partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and continuous improvement
