What you'll do

• Guide clients through estate planning
• conduct planning and signing meetings
• provide clear drafting instructions and feedback to paralegals and staff
• explain legal concepts in plain language
• address tax implications, fiduciary roles, guardianship considerations and asset coordination
• handle cases independently after orientation and monitored work.
