What you'll do

• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and take orders
• prepare and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and the Lobby Bar
• clean, replenish, and store service items
• accurately record orders and verify room and guest details
• respond to dietary needs, allergies, and preferences
• maintain organized work areas
• coordinate with kitchen, food and beverage, front desk, and housekeeping
• follow safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
