What you'll do

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents
• conduct apartment and community tours
• explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies
• process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork
• maintain prospect records in property management systems
• support move-ins, renewals, and resident service
• participate in marketing outreach, events, and social media promotion
• maintain leasing office, model units, and tour paths
• comply with Fair Housing and company policies.
