What you'll do

• Translate approved workforce needs into hiring plans and sourcing priorities
• lead employer positioning, recruitment operations, and hiring governance
• set hiring-manager expectations
• coordinate candidate experience and offers
• manage onboarding handover with People Operations, Security, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and hiring managers
• build dashboards and operating rhythms
• lead internal recruiters and external partners
• ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with applicable requirements.
