What you'll do

• Process semi-monthly payroll and payroll tax withholdings and reporting
• respond to payroll inquiries and adjustment requests
• process employee changes
• review payroll reports for discrepancies
• assist with reconciliations and coordinate with HR and Finance
• answer routine employee questions
• maintain payroll records
• assist with W-2 and year-end reporting
• and manage state and local payroll tax registrations and compliance activities.
