What you'll do

• Maintain and improve properties by completing repairs in vacant and occupied apartments and common areas.
• Work across carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, appliances, electrical maintenance and repair, elevator systems, and painting.
• Follow safety procedures and support property appearance and resident safety.
