What you'll do

• Review blueprints, specifications, bidder lists, and schedules
• gather information and understand bid scope
• prepare requests for information and track addenda and updates
• estimate reinforcing steel, welded wire mesh, and accessories
• prepare bid forms and documents
• complete estimates on time
• coordinate final scope of work, contract, and fabrication schedule requirements with clients. The posting requests 2+ years of steel rebar/detailing system experience, blueprint experience, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
