This position exists to provide comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers. The associate acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax situations while building long-term relationships and fostering community engagement.

What you'll do

• Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused demeanor in a retail setting.
