The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ, and is full-time; compensation is $21 per hour. The position supports Liv Communities’ work to create communities residents love to call home. The consultant guides prospective residents through apartment leasing, supports renewals, and helps maintain a welcoming community. The role combines prospect communication, tours, marketing support, resident service, and administrative assistance to support occupancy and resident experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to prospect inquiries, assess housing needs, and present apartments and amenities
• guide prospects through leasing and follow up
• prepare common areas and model homes
• support renewals and lease negotiations
• build local business relationships and assist with open houses and advertising
• prepare welcome materials
• assist with resident requests, administrative tasks, and community events.
