The Caregiver / Companion role is an onsite opportunity in Fairfax, VA, paying $17–$20 per hour. Homeward Grace Home Support provides personalized in-home care intended to help seniors and others needing assistance maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The caregiver provides companionship and practical assistance according to client needs and individualized care plans. The role supports clients’ daily routines and safety while observing and reporting changes in condition or care needs.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and social interaction
• assist with daily routines, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
• provide medication reminders within authorized responsibilities
• accompany clients to appointments and errands when authorized
• assist with mobility and personal care when trained and authorized
• observe and report changes
• document services
• and follow care plans and safety procedures.
