Security and Telecommunications Superintendent

What you'll do

• Supervise subcontractors installing security, telecommunications, and low-voltage systems
• coordinate work with the general contractor, owner’s representative, and trade partners
• ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and codes
• monitor progress and resolve field issues
• oversee quality assurance, testing, inspections, and turnover packages
• support commissioning and turnover
• promote site safety
• report progress and risks
• review submittals, RFI responses, and redline drawings
• support system integration with mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure.

Why this role

Requires eight or more years of construction supervision experience, including at least five years focused on security, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems. BICSI, RCDD, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
