What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items as appropriate
• support holiday-season sales initiatives
• keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised
• stock and restock merchandise
• help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest concerns and escalate issues to a keyholder
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• follow company policies and procedures.
