What you'll do

• Implement daily Emergency Department operations and align staffing with patient acuity and throughput
• monitor triage, EMS intake, and trauma activation
• supervise and coach nursing staff
• support recruitment and onboarding
• ensure compliance with EMTALA, trauma standards, and regulations
• promote evidence-based practice
• support quality initiatives
• coordinate interdisciplinary communication
• address real-time clinical and operational issues
• report significant events and safety concerns.
