Options for Southern Oregon’s clinic serves youth ages 2–18 diagnosed on the autism spectrum. The role implements BCBA-written programming and behavior protocols one-to-one with clients, helping teach communication, social, daily living, and pre-academic skills while supporting behavior goals and tracking progress. It contributes to client treatment goals through collaboration with families, the treatment team, and supervising BCBAs.

What you'll do

  • Implement BCBA-written structured programming and behavior management protocols
  • work one-to-one with clients on communication, play and social skills, daily living skills, and pre-academic curriculum
  • collect and graph skill-building and behavior-reduction data
  • maintain client binders and program logs
  • review data and behaviors with families after sessions
  • support skill generalization and social skills groups
  • attend weekly meetings and supervision
  • report symptoms and manage immediate crises according to the crisis intervention plan
  • follow agency clinical protocols.
