What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests
• maintain confidentiality and security
• manage and safeguard patient records
• prepare charts and assemble records accurately
• create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• meet site productivity expectations. Patient walk-ins, administrative tasks, and pickup scheduling may be part of the work.
