What you'll do

• Build referral relationships with physicians, physician groups, senior communities, support groups, and community organizations
• develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive referrals and census growth
• educate referral sources about home health services and clinical programs
• manage a sales calendar and account records
• monitor industry trends and market opportunities
• partner with Intake, the Executive Director, and the Director of Clinical Services
• represent the agency in the community
• ensure sales and referral activities comply with healthcare regulations.
