Packer / Operator / Worker, Production Line

The Packer / Operator / Worker role is onsite in Alliance, OH. Compensation is not specified. The position supports IML Containers Ohio in producing plastic food containers and maintaining product quality, traceability, and food safety. The line worker inspects and packs finished products, keeps packaging supplies available, completes production records, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The role helps prevent product mix-ups and contamination by following work instructions and food safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Follow food safety and hygiene rules
• visually inspect finished products
• pack products according to work instructions and customer requirements
• maintain packaging supplies at the machine
• complete production documentation
• report quality issues, defects, equipment concerns, and abnormal conditions
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• report non-conforming products, food safety hazards, deviations, or food safety management system concerns.
