What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding requirements from offer acceptance through deployment
• monitor I-9s, tax forms, direct deposit enrollment, background and drug screenings, and other employment documents
• assign online safety training and track completion
• make 30–50 outbound calls daily to answer questions and remove obstacles
• maintain accurate onboarding records
• communicate candidate progress to recruiters to support timely starts.
