What you'll do

• Build relationships with civil engineers and other technical professionals, including passive candidates.
• Source and engage candidates, develop pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles, and lead searches from intake through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, share market intelligence, provide search updates, adapt sourcing and interview approaches, and contribute sourcing insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
