What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• coordinate care delivery during assigned shifts
• supervise and support LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assign work based on resident needs and staffing
• adjust staffing and breaks
• arrange replacements
• contribute to performance evaluations and hiring or disciplinary input
• oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.

Why this role
