What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation according to menus, recipes, and guest counts
• set up the dining room
• prepare salads and beverages
• greet customers, distribute menus, and explain specials
• take resident orders and serve meals promptly
• address incorrect orders with the kitchen
• clean dining and work areas, equipment, and utensils
• store food appropriately
• report issues to the Food Services Director
• comply with sanitation, health, and safety standards.
