Executive Protection Agent

The Executive Protection Agent role is onsite in San Jose, CA. The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, eight-hour days, with 24/7 client availability while on a task; domestic and international travel may be required. Pay is $65–$70 per hour. Global Guardian provides emergency medical and security solutions and protects employees and families from threats worldwide. The agent provides close protection, protective transportation, and security for a client during domestic assignments. The role supports client safety through advance planning, threat awareness, emergency response, de-escalation, mission reporting, and coordination with the security team.

What you'll do

• Provide close protection and security-related duties during domestic assignments
• conduct local travel advances to assess routes, movements, vulnerabilities, and emergency actions
• maintain safety protocols in professional environments and at events
• respond to emergencies and provide medical first aid
• de-escalate tense situations
• communicate safety concerns
• prepare mission plans and reports
• assist with protection schedules and team assignments
• operate and maintain protective, communications, and vehicle equipment.
