Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager

Compensation is $30–$34 per hour. Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Charlotte, NC, with standard hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Allegro Foundation teaches children with disabilities through Movement Education programs. The manager develops fundraising and donor relationships to secure resources that can expand the foundation's educational reach. The role supports corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, signature events, and grant proposals in collaboration with the Executive Director.

What you'll do

• Build corporate partnerships and community connections in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg region
• cultivate relationships with individual donors, major givers, and corporate sponsors
• collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising for the Ambassador's Ball and Golf Invitational
• and assist with researching, drafting, and submitting grant proposals.
