Canine Care Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily operations with the owner, general manager, and care managers
• supervise staff and communicate with the team
• direct dog care and step in to solve problems
• ensure staff treat dogs well and provide professional customer service
• train staff to address knowledge or skill gaps
• manage the reservation system
• process payments and complete financial reports.
