Packaging Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead packaging engineering projects involving quality investigations and CAPA, regulatory compliance, supplier notices of change, cost reduction, and new product introductions
• manage project timelines
• develop testing protocols and support change control
• evaluate and qualify packaging materials and systems
• create specifications, drawings, and procedures
• troubleshoot using root cause analysis, statistical methods, DMAIC, and DOE
• perform financial analysis
• support manufacturing process qualification and implementation
• travel to manufacturing facilities and suppliers as needed.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related engineering discipline and at least five years of packaging engineering experience; pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry experience required.
