The engineer will support KYM’s mission-critical Q-Flow application, a 24/7/365 software platform. The role exists to design, enhance, and maintain secure, reliable application capabilities. It contributes through software development, testing, architecture and performance improvements, production support, and collaboration with technical teams and end users.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain Q-Flow software
• assess architecture and improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and security
• develop features from requirements
• participate in architecture and design discussions
• create automated tests
• troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues
• conduct code reviews
• collaborate across engineering, analysis, testing, cybersecurity, and user groups
• support deployments and production troubleshooting
• remediate vulnerabilities
• document technical work
• participate in Agile/Scrum activities
• mentor engineers
• support modernization and migration.
