What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures
• respond calmly to incidents and access-control concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter
• monitor personnel, visitor, and vehicle access
• document observations and unusual activity
• complete incident reports and patrol logs
• communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and company leadership.
