Account Associate, State Farm Agent Team Member

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• turn leads into conversations and qualify them by gathering customer information
• follow up on marketing and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• answer basic questions about insurance options
• maintain prospect and customer interaction records
• follow State Farm guidelines and compliance standards
• report call activity and appointment scheduling
• track calls, conversations, and follow-ups
• work toward daily and weekly goals.
