The role also leads teams, supports fund closings and client relationships, and mentors junior legal professionals.

What you'll do

• Represent real estate fund sponsors and investors
• advise on open-end and closed-end fund formation, structuring, and management
• lead fundraising processes
• draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, partnership agreements, side letters, and co-investment documents
• conduct legal research
• coordinate fund closings
• support due diligence
• address fund operations and investor-relations issues
• monitor legal developments
• collaborate across practice areas
• supervise and mentor junior associates
• support client relationships.
