What you'll do

• Assist with project administration and coordination
• track contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, and meeting minutes
• support schedule updates and progress tracking
• coordinate communications among project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owners
• assist with procurement, material tracking, and subcontractor onboarding
• maintain cost records, change-order logs, and budget documentation
• prepare status, safety, quality, and production reports
• support closeout documentation
• ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and project procedures.
