What you'll do

• Drive sales and manage labor and cost of goods
• oversee food and beverage preparation and service
• manage shift schedules and time punches
• order supplies and conduct inventory
• follow cash-handling procedures
• complete administrative tasks
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the General Manager
• lead pre-shift meetings
• address guest concerns
• support catering and third-party orders
• monitor financial metrics
• and follow opening and closing procedures.
