The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Arizona Remote role is fully remote for candidates who reside in Arizona. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Total Care ABA provides in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy throughout Arizona to support children and families. The BCBA oversees individualized behavior and skill-acquisition programming, guides therapists implementing treatment plans, and uses client data and assessments to inform care and measure progress.
What you'll do
- Supervise and guide RBTs and therapists implementing treatment plans
- conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
- design and oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- conduct quarterly competency assessments
- review and analyze behavior and skill-acquisition data through Central Reach.
